Trakker Technologies Announces Y2K Compliance on All Slingshot Products, Assuring 100% Frame Accuracy for the Next Millenium |
Trakker Technologies is famous for Slingshot, the film matchback solution that allows users to complete a film project using their digital video editing system. Slingshot made its debut on a film for Disney and since has grown to be the most preferred film matchback solution available. Robert Mathieu, Executive Engineer and co-founder of Trakker Technologies, has overseen the testing for Y2K compliance. Testing for Y2K ensures that Trakker will still be able to provide software and products with the same accuracy and cost-efficiency that has helped them to strengthen the independent film market today. "As we anticipated, our entire product line has proven to be Y2K compliant," explains Mathieu. "From their inception, our products have been designed and developed to be Y2K-ready, so no retrofitting is required."
